Shipping Policy
Roya Supermarket & Halal Meat does not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. All purchases must be made in-store to ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of our products.
We take pride in providing high-quality halal meat and groceries, and we encourage customers to select their items in person to ensure complete satisfaction.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Fresh meat products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original packaging, properly refrigerated, and with proof of purchase. For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to inspect all returned meat products before approving any exchange.
We do not accept returns on produce, dairy, frozen goods, or other perishable items unless there is a quality issue reported within 24 hours.
